Why we started Waratah Connects
Waratah Connects was founded to offer something a little different in the NDIS space: support that's personal, local, and genuinely built around each person we work with. We're a new provider, currently completing our NDIS registration, and we're building the business the right way, carefully, with quality and safety at the centre of every decision. Proudly supporting our community since 2025.
Our name comes from the waratah, a striking native Australian flower known for being proudly resilient and a little bit unmistakable. Like the waratah, we're proudly local and resilient once you get to know us.

Our commitment to quality and safety
Every Waratah Connects support worker completes police and background checks, NDIS worker screening, and induction training before working with participants. We are currently completing our formal NDIS registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we'll update this page the moment that's confirmed.
Until then, we hold ourselves to the same standard we're being audited against, because that's what genuinely good support requires, registration or not.
A note on registration
Waratah Connects is not yet a registered NDIS provider. Our registration is in progress. We can support self-managed and plan-managed participants right now, and we'll share the news the moment registration is granted.
