The role
What you'll be doing
As a Waratah Connects support worker, you'll help NDIS participants with daily personal activities, getting out into the community, and building the skills and confidence to live independently. Every day looks a little different, and that's part of what makes it rewarding.
What we look for
- A genuine, patient, and respectful approach to supporting people with disability
- Relevant experience or qualifications in disability support, aged care, nursing, or a related field (or a real willingness to learn)
- A current driver's licence (for most roles) and reliable transport
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Good communication skills and a team mindset
