Core supports

Community Participation

Getting out and about, whether that is shopping, classes, sport, social groups or simply exploring your neighbourhood, with a support worker alongside you, building skills and confidence along the way.

Support coordination

Support Coordination

Understanding and using an NDIS plan can be overwhelming. Our support coordinators help you make sense of your funding, connect with the right providers, and get the most value from your plan.

Who it helps

Participants who are new to the NDIS, navigating a complex plan, or who simply want a hand organising multiple providers and supports.

What a typical visit looks like

We meet with you (in person or by phone) to understand your goals, then help set up services, resolve issues, and check in regularly to keep things on track.

Early childhood

Early Childhood Supports

Gentle, play-based support for young children with disability or developmental delay, working alongside families to build everyday skills as early as possible.

Sessions happen where your child feels comfortable, whether at home or in the community, using play to build communication, movement and social skills, with guidance for parents along the way.

SIL

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Support to live as independently as possible in your own home, with help available for daily tasks, personal care and building life skills, tailored to how much or how little support you need.

Participants who want to live independently, whether alone, with housemates, or in shared supported accommodation, with the right level of support built around them.

What a typical visit looks like

Support workers help with the day-to-day, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting and appointments, while encouraging you to build and keep the skills that matter to your independence.
